| 摘 要： | 本文对我国汽车制造企业实施丰田生产方式的历程和现状进行了分析,提出了我国企业实施丰田生产体系时所遇到的主要问题和相关建议:在企业内部培养实施丰田生产方式的文化基础;发展工业工程;使用精益六西格玛工具;在人员素质不断提高的基础上,结合我国国情实施丰田生产方式。
