| 摘 要： | 传统高等教育模式下重视对学生知识和技术的教育,却忽视了对学生性格和个性的培养。在大学生就业难的形势下,性格中存在的某些缺陷已经成为制约大学生就业的瓶颈。通过在就业指导工作开展性格拓展训练,可以有效地完善学生的性格,提高大学生就业的成功率。

| Abstract: | Traditional pattern of higher education emphasizes the college students' study of knowledge and technology,but it ignores to cultivate students' personalities and character. Especially when students meet the low-unemployment situation nowadays,these weaknesses in their personalities have become the bottlenecks in job-hunting.Consequently,the Character Expansion Training in our employment supervision work can perfect students' characters efficiently and improve employment rates. |
