| 摘 要： | 高等职业技术学院职训基地建设是促进高等职业教育迅速发展的关键,职训基地的建设必须有明确的指导思想并探寻实训基地的功能特征,研究出科学的较为理想的构建方法,目前我院职训基地形成了以综合职业技术应用能力培养为主线的产学、研、业共同运作的模拟真实岗位职训平台,职训基地成为高职教育教学与产业的结合点。

| Abstract: | Building the training base of higher vocational and technical education is a sticking point,which contributes to its rapid development.We must have an explicit directing idea for building the training base of higher vocational and technical education.We must find out the functions and characteristics of the training base and work out its scientific and more perfect methods of contraction.At present,the higher vocational and technical education in our colledge reflects that industry,academa,and research integrated aim at training skills of students in vocations and techniques.We have set up training platforms imitating reality enterprises.All of this has become a joint of the education of higher vocational and technical education and enterprises. |
