| 摘 要： | 职业教育需要主动契合地方经济建设,为地方经济发展培养技能型高素质人才和人力资源保障。眼下我国职业院校与地方经济发展存在的诸多问题,诸如教师定位、学生定位和人才培养定位;技能与职业素养无法满足地方经济发展的实际需求;教师队伍层次差异较大,不能适应地方经济发展方式的转变。如何探索地方经济结构特点和支柱产业对人才的需求、主动服务,巩固教师队伍建设,推进科研成果转化,高度负责地向社会呈现人才培养新成果,加速推进区域地方经济社会的快速发展,为地方经济腾飞助燃,是我们亟待解决的问题。

| Abstract: | Vocational education needs to take the initiative and help with local economic construction.Cultivate skilled and high-quality talents and human resources guarantee for local economic development.At present,there are many problems existing in the vocational colleges and the development of local economy,such as teacher orientation,student orientation and talent cultivation orientation.Skills and professionalism cannot meet the actual needs of local economic development.The level difference among teachers is very large,which can not adapt to the change of local economic development mode.How to explore the structural characteristics and local economy pillar industry demand for talent,active service,strengthen teachers team construction,promote the transformation of scientific research achievements,highly responsible to the society to present new results of talents cultivation,accelerating push the rapid development of local economy and society.We need to solve the problem,which boosting the local economy. |
