| 摘 要： | 体育保险是高校体育工作开展的重要举措和保障之一。当前我国高校体育保险的主要对象是大学生,随着健康观念的深入,高校教师参与校园体育活动的人群越来越多。教师体育保险呈现:传统医疗保险的“惯性思维”、体育保险意识淡薄、体育保险种类笼统、体育保险体系的缺乏等问题。建议:明确甄别“两个保险”、积极宣传体育保险、、创新体育保险种类、构建高校全员体育保险模式等,为高校教师更好地服务教育事业提供坚实的后盾保障。

| Abstract: | Sports insurance is one of the important measures and guarantees for college sports.At present,the main object of China's college sports insurance is college students.With the deepening of health concepts,more and more college teachers are participating in campus sports activities.The teacher sports insurance presents the problems of“inertia thinking”of traditional medical insurance,weak awareness of sports insurance,general types of sports insurance,and lack of sports insurance systems.Suggestions:Clearly identify the"two insurances",actively promote sports insurance,innovate sports insurance types,and construct university sports insurance models to provide a solid backing for college teachers to better serve education. |
