| Abstract: | Higher vocational colleges should pay much importance to how to improve their students' specialized skills. Therefore, They should do the following tasks well. First of all, they should put the responsibility of improving their students' specialized skills in minds. Secondly, they should put the cultivation of students' specialized skills into the practice of teaching work. Thirdly, They should regard the cultivation of students' specialized skills as one of their key job. Fourthly, they should improve teachers' level of their specialized skills. The last but not the least, they should well handle the relationship between the cultivation of students' specialized skills and students' professional skills training. |
