| 摘 要： | 特殊学校隐性课程的发展取得了一定的成绩,但在精神形态、制度形态和学校规章制度方面仍然存在一些问题。其中的原因主要有对隐性课程的观念不强;特殊学校办学资源缺乏,经费紧张;社会各界缺乏相应的关注。因此,特殊学校隐性课程的发展要更新观念,加强校园精神文化环境建设;加强社会各界对特殊教育的认识和资金投入;优化特殊学校物质环境,为特殊学生创设良好的生活、学习环境;完善特殊学校各种规章制度和管理体制的建设,推进制度实践化。
