| 摘 要： | 公共事务管理(残疾人事务管理方向)专业为我院升格后建立的首批非师范类专业之一,在人才培养的过程中,专业实习是一个非常重要的环节。本文以两届经过专业实习走上工作岗位的学生为研究对象,通过调查问卷和访谈的方法,就专业实习的重要性、满意度、实习基地、管理制度等方面做了相关调查和思考,以期通过对实习环节的改革与创新更好地实现专业人才培养目标。

| Abstract: | Practice is very important part of a specialized field during training students.Two years of graduates who practiced and found jobs and used to be Public Administration majors are regarded as research objects,questioned and interviewed to investigate the importance,satisfaction,base,managing system,etc.of professional practice.The professional training goal is expected to achieve by means of practice reform and innovation. |
