| 摘 要： | 权利需要有效的救济作后盾,没有救济就没有权利。深入研究残疾人权利救济制度,有利于充分保障残疾人的合法权益,维护残疾人在社会中的法律地位。在实践过程中,当残疾人的权利受到侵害时,一方面,受害人可以积极地寻求法律手段,实施自我救济;另一方面,国家也应当采取必要的手段,以有效保障残疾人的合法权益。

| Abstract: | Rights should be supported by efficient relieves,so no relieves,no rights.To deeply study right relieves system of the disabled is helpful to fully guarantee the legal rights of the disabled and maintain their legal status in our society.During the process of protecting the rights of the disabled when it is disturbed,on the one hand the victim can actively use law to get aid,on the other hand,the country should adopt necessary means to protect the legal rights of the disabled. |
