摘    要:特校教师长时期工作在一个封闭的环境中,容易滋生许多不良的情绪。如何正确对待这一心理疾症,变职业情绪为推动课堂教学的催化剂,对于特校教师尤为重要。本文从六个不同的角度探讨了特校教师如何应对职业情绪的途径。

Abstract:Teachers in special education schools facing disabled students for long can easily bring out some bad emotions in terms of mental health. How to deal with this situation is very important for the teachers in special education schools. From six dimensions, ways of dealing with vocational emotions are discussed to turn vocational emotions into accelerations of improving class teaching.
