摘    要:从各国特殊教育理论中发展、完善起来的全纳教育是一种崭新的教育理念,它主张接纳所有学生,反对排斥,这种教育观念不但对特殊教育,而且对普通教育的发展也有所启迪。今天,我国全纳性大学的建设更应重视对全纳教育理念真谛的追求,高校教师和学生应以"全接纳"、"零排斥"的观念接受身心残疾的大学生,使他们真正融合于普通高校的教育、教学和大学文化活动中,并从中受益。

Abstract:Inclusive Education is a new education idea which came from special education theory of many countries. Inclusion is the process of increasing participation and decreasing exclusion from mainstream social settings. It is significant for the development of special education and general education. Inclusive university should attach importance to the idea of inclusive education. According to the idea of inclusion and no rejection, the teachers and students should accept handicapped students and help them participate in the activities of education and culture in universities.
