| 摘 要： | 在全面推进素质教育的进程中,健康教育的思想取代了传统的教育思想,特别是在高职院校实施心理健康教育,是当代高职院校体育教学工作中需要研究的一项重要内容。针对当前职大学生心理健康问题的现状,从现实意义、内涵、目标、内容、途径和方法等方面进行了概述与总结,为树立"健康第一"的体育教育思想提供理论参考。
