高校学生面对评教的态度及其成因和启示

摘    要:在总结性的学生评教中,学生评教的分数不仅仅与教师教学水平相关;学生群体评教的态度是被动的、消极的。这是由于教育评价自身特点、学生身心发展的不成熟性以及需求性的学生文化对学生价值选择的影响。学生评教的价值是由客体满足主体需要的程度而决定的。因此,管理者不能简单地借用学生评教的分数与排名来代替教学管理,应对学生评教的价值进行科学定位:学生评教只能是一种学习工具,是一种促使主体性的学生与反思性的教师成长的过程。

Abstract:In the summarized evaluation of teaching,the students' evaluation does not only concern with the teach- ers' teaching level,and their attitude is passive due to the characteristic of teaching evaluation itself,the underdevel- opment of students' body and mind and the influence of students' need for culture.The value of teaching evaluation is decided by how object meets the needs of subject,so administrators cannot simply carry out teaching management by means of the marks and places of teaching evaluation made by the students,but make a scientific orientation of the evaluation,as the students' evaluation of teaching is only a means of studying and a process of growing up of the students as an main body and the teachers as an reflected body.
