确立高职师范“研习型”教育教学模式的理念

摘    要:"研习型"教育教学模式强调"研究性学习"能力培养,通过研究探索的过程来实现学习目标或完成学习任务,提升师范生学习素质的教育教学理念,具有较强的"教导性、互动性、开放性和学生主体性"特征。确立这一理念是与时代发展和高职师范教育培养对象的职业特点紧密相关的。通过实践"研习型"教学模式,培养师范生的研究性学习能力,将有利于其职业发展的可持续性。

Abstract:"Learning-oriented" education mode puts emphasis on the ability cultivation of research study,the achievement of learning objectioves through research and exploration and the improvement of normal students’ learning ability.It is chararcterized by "instruction,interaction,openness and students’ subjectivity".The concept is closely related to the times and occupational characteristics of the vocational and normal training target.It will be beneficial to the sustainability of normal students’ career development by practicing "learning-oriented" teaching mode and cultivating normal students’ study and research ability.
