| 摘 要： | 目的：通过探讨生活事件及应付方式与主观幸福感的关系研究，为提高高职生的主观幸福感水平提供更科学有效的理论依据。方法：利用随机整群抽样对江苏省扬州职业大学的1000名学生的生活事件、应付方式及主观幸福感做问卷调查，并进行相关分析。结果：高职生的生活事件与主观幸福感存在显著负相关，应付方式与主观幸福感、生活事件与应付方式存在显著相关。结论：影响高职生主观幸福感的因素是多方面的，应付方式和生活事件是其中非常重要的因素。

| Abstract: | This paper aims to probe into the relationship between life events and coping styles and subjective well-be- ing of higher vocational college students, providing the scientific theoretical basis for improving vocational college students＇ subjective well-being. 1000 students from Yangzhou Polytechnic College are investigated by using ques- tionnaire surveys and their life events, coping styles and subjective well-being are analyzed by using random cluster sampling. The results show that there exists significant negative correlation between life events, and subjective well- being, and significant correlation is found between coping styles and subjective well-being. Therefore, there are many factors affecting the subjective well-being of students in higher vocational colleges, among which life events and coping styles are very important. |
