| 摘 要： | 江苏私营企业正处于高速发展的时期,但在自主创新过程中存在着企业自主创新意识较弱、知识产权保护力度不够、资金短缺、创新人才严重缺乏、品牌意识淡薄等诸多问题.要提高私营企业的自主创新能力,必须推动企业成为技术创新主体、强化企业自主创新的主体地位,构建私营企业的知识产权应用与保护体系,拓宽融资渠道、提供资金支持,推进人才兴企战略、创新产学研合作机制,强化品牌战略建设、提升核心竞争力.

| Abstract: | Private-owned enterprises in Jiangsu Province are experiencing a high-speed growth period,but in the process of independent innovation,there are some existing problems,such as weak awareness of enterprises for independent innovation,insufficient intellectual property rights protection,the shortage of capital and serious lack of creative talents,poor brand consciousness,and so on.To improve the ability of independent innovation,it is necessary for private-owned enterprises to promote themselves to be the main body of technology innovation and strengthen the status of enterprises for independent innovation,construct intellectual property rights application and protection system,broaden the financing channels and provide financial support,implement and promote talents strategy to prosper corporation and innovate teaching-research-production cooperative mechanism,and strengthen brand construction strategy and enhance core competitiveness. |
