| 摘 要： | 为了了解职业价值观与一般自我效能感两者之间关系，使用“一般自我效能感量表（GSES）”和“职业价值观自测量表”对江苏省的五所高校共219名大三理科生进行了测试。结果表明：（1）在职业价值观上，得分最高的三项是：人际关系、成就感、独立性。（2）在一般自我效能感上，男生的得分显著高于女生。重点院校的得分显著低于非重点院校。（3）一般自我效能感与职业价值观中的8个项目存在着显著的正相关。（4）高自我效能感的被试比低自我效能感的被试更重视各种职业价值观。

| Abstract: | To define the connection between vocational values and the general self-efficacy, a test was carried out on 219 junior students majoring in science from 5 colleges in Jiangsu Province by using GSES and Vocational Values Self-measurement. The results show as follows ： （ 1 ） As far as vocational values are concerned, the three most chosen options are interpersonal relationship, fulfillment and independence. （2） As for GSE, male students score significantly higher than female ones, and elite colleges score significantly higher than the non-elite ones. （ 3 ） The eight items in GSE and Vocational Values are remarkably positive correlated. （4） Students who are highly self-efficacious attach much more importance to various vocational values than those who are lowly self-efficacious do. |
