摘    要:"双师型"师资队伍建设是高职院校内涵建设的重点,工学结合、校企合作则是培养双师型教师的重要途径。目前,高职土建专业师资队伍建设中存在缺乏培养机制和评价机制、缺乏具备工程经历教师的问题,必须依托校企合作,制定教师准入新标准,完善教师的培养制度,打造专兼职教师队伍,建立健全考核机制,以加强高职土建专业双师型师资队伍的建设。

Abstract:The double-qualified faculty construction is the focus of the connotation construction in higher vocational colleges. Combining learning with working and college-enterprlse cooperation are the important ways of training doub- le-qualified teachers. At present, there exist problems such as the lack of training and evaluation mechanism and the lack of teachers with engineering experience in the construction of teaching staff for Civil Specialty in higher vocation- al colleges. It is essential to depend on college-enterprise cooperation, work out the new standard for teachers' ac- cess, improve teachers' training system, enhance faculty team construction, establish and perfect the assessment mechanism, thus strengthening the double-qualified faculty construction of Civil Specialty in higher vocational colleges.
