内隐学习理论对体育教学的启示

摘    要:研究表明,内隐学习能在无意识的情况下自发进行。在体育教学领域,运动技能的学习在环境变化多端、情感体验丰富、关键信息不明条件下通过获得必要的直觉,体验和领悟,有利于技能的掌握。在技能的保持时间上,内隐学习比外显学习更具优势。有关内隐学习的研究成果对体育教学提供了很好的启示:体育学习应是有意识的努力和无意识的习得之间的结合。因此有必要更新体育教学观念、拓展教学方法和教学策略,创造有利于内隐学习的环境。

Abstract:Recent studies show that implicit learning can occur without the learner? s awareness.In the field of physical education,the implicit learning is advantageous to the explicit learning in motor skill studying under the diversified situation,stress conditions,complex circumstances,unclear key information and time retention of skills.The research findings have significant implications for physical education teaching.physical education should benefit from both conscious efforts and incidental acquisition.We should therefore change our notions,improve our methods and strategies in physical education,so as to create an optimal environment for implicit leaning.
