| 摘 要： | 在建设有中国特色社会主义过程中 ,将依法治国和以德治国结合起来 ,对于发展市场经济 ,促进社会主义道德建设 ,提高民族素质 ,加快现代化建设步伐 ,都具有十分重要的意义 ,本文就以德治国的内涵、意义以及它与依法治国的关系做一些粗浅探讨 ,并就如何贯彻“以德治国”思想提出自己的看法

| Abstract: | In the course of the construction of the socialism with Chinese characteristics,the combination of law and morality in the management of the country is extremely important in various ways,including the development of market economy,the promotion of socialist moral construction and national quality,and the acceleration of the construction of modernization.This thesis attempts some rough study of the connotation and the significance of management by morality and its relation to management by law.It also presents some personal view points on the way to implement the management-by-morality concept. |
