基于岗位群的高职院校双师教学团队建设探讨

摘    要:目前,高职院校双师教学团队建设相对滞后,仍停留在提升学历、职称和"双师型"教师比例等结构层次上,注重增加兼职教师数量,这种师资结构不能满足日益发展的高职教育的需要。提出从立足专业岗位群,加强校企合作、合理分配团队角色、树立团队目标和愿景、选拔培养团队带头人等出发,为双师教学团队建设提供了新的视野。
