| 摘 要： | 软式排球重量轻、质地软、气压小、反弹力低，操作技术简易，容易普及与流行。在高校普及与推广软式排球运动，需加强软式排球师资队伍的培养；加强对软式排球的宣传，激发学生学习锻炼的兴趣；同时，在学生中培养积极分子，多开展形式多样的业余比赛。

| Abstract: | Soft volleyball is characterized by light weight, soft texture, low pressure and low rebounding force, and is easy to play with and be popularized. In order to popularize this sport at college, it is necessary to strengthen the training of soft volleyball teaching- staff, stimulate students＇ interest in learning and hold various amateur volleyball matches. |
