| 摘 要： | 美国对华政策框架是：大国托管统治；遏制围堵中国；中美蜜月关系；和平演变政策。主要原因是中美意识形态差异、中美发展路径差异、变化莫测的世界格局和美国民意。修正美国对华右倾政策需要中关共同努力，从政治、军事、经济一体化发展的角度，通过消弭分歧、反思中国国际形象、建立共同的市场理论基础，从而建立起中美新型的大国关系与美国对华政策框架。

| Abstract: | The framework of USA＇ s policy on China includes great-power trusteeship, containment of China, Sino- American honeymoon relations and ＂peaceful evolution＂ policy. Its main causes are ideological differences between China and the United States, their different development paths, the volatile world pattern and American public opin- ion. Correction of American political right deviation policy on China needs co-efforts of the two. From the perspective of political, military and economic integration development, it is suggested to establish a new type of power relations between China and America and a new framework of USA＇ s policy on China by eliminating the differences, reflecting on China＇ s international image and setting up the common market theory basis. |
