| 摘 要： | 从科学发展观的内涵和全面建设小康社会的目标来看,我国“七五”确定的三大宏观经济地带和“九五”划分的7大综合经济区已难以适应新形势下统筹区域发展的要求。文章在介绍了“完整的区域经济体系”的基础上,提出了我国新三大宏观经济地带及10大综合经济区的划分方案,并给出了新三大宏观经济地带的发展对策。

| Abstract: | Considered from the connotation of the scientific development and the aim of building a comfortably-off society,the "Three Macroscopic Economic Zone" set up in "the Seventh Five-Year Plan" and the "seven Comprehensive Economic Region" divided in "the Ninth Five-Year Plan" are not suited to the needs of the over-all regional development under the new circumstances.This article,based on presentation of "the integrated regional economic system",puts forward the plan of the new three macroscopic economic zone and the ten comprehensive economic region,and the countermeasure to develop the new three macroscopic economic zone. |
