| 摘 要： | 校企合作制度化是实现职业教育校企合作稳定发展的重要保障。纵观校企合作的历史,校企合作制度化的提出并非偶然,而是有其历史必然性。从法理角度出发,当前校企合作制度化在法律关系、法律规则、法律体系方面都存在一些问题,解决这些问题,必须明确责任主体与权利、义务关系,增加法律责任条款,建立健全相关法律体系,促进职业教育校企合作制度化发展。

| Abstract: | The institutionalization of school-enterprise cooperation is an important guarantee for the steady development of school-enterprise cooperation institutionalization of vocational education. Throughout history, the appearance of school-enterprise cooperation institutionalization isn＇ t an accidental phenomenon, instead it is historically inevitable. From the legal theory, there are some problems existing in the current institutionalization of school-enterprise cooperation in the aspects of legal relation, the rule of law and the legal system. To solve these problems, it is necessary to make the relationship between main body of responsibility and rights and duties definite, increase legal liability clauses, establish and perfect the relevant legal system and promote the institutionalized development of school-enterprise cooperation of vocational education. |
