| 摘 要： | SOMO-1作为一个修饰因子,主要作用是翻译后的调控,对基因表达及基因组的稳定性具有意义。SOMO-1通路普遍存在于真核细胞中,并参与细胞内信号通路的调节。本文综述了SUMO-1修饰在各方面的作用。

| Abstract: | As a protein modifier,SUMO-1 serves as the post-translation modification of proteins,which has some significance on the gene expression and genomic stability.SUMO-1 is a common factor expressed in the eukaryotic cell,and is wildly involved in the regulation of the cellular signal pathway.This paper surveys the functions of SUMO-1 modification. |
