| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、专家访谈、实证研究等方法对高校体育场馆的基本现状、综合利用策略、管理模式、制度建设等进行研究,分析了高校体育场馆教学、向社会开放、赛事场地保障的综合利用策略,得出以下主要结论:高校体育场馆有教学部门管理、专业部门管理、混合管理3种管理模式;其制度建设可从综合管理制度、专项管理制度、场地使用制度、岗位职责4个层面进行。

| Abstract: | This essay, employing such methods as logic analysis, expert interview and empirical research, studied the present situation, characteristics, function, combined utilization strategy, managerial system, and the system construction of gymnasiums in universities in China. The main conclusions were as follows: from the economic angle, gymnasiums in universities serve as a kind of production factor, supplying club goods and private goods; gymnasiums had the function of PE teaching and training, mass exercise and sports industry, the emphasis should be the first one; management of gymnasiums in universities had three forms: by teaching departments, special departments or by both; system construction of gymnasiums can be strengthened in the aspect of comprehensive management, special management, gymnasium utilization and job responsibility. |
