| 摘 要： | 通过调查,对我国部分省市大学生体育生活方式现状及其成因做了较深入的探讨。研究表明:在改革开放的今天,大学生无论在体育需要和体育价值观等精神生活层面,还是在体育行为方式与手段、体育时空、体育消费、体育绩效等实践层面都产生了一些适应性的变化,其发生机制主要受社会生活环境、体育教育与宣传等10大因素影响。根据演化特点和存在的问题,从促进我国高校全方位改革的角度出发,提出了在新形势下加强大学生体育生活方式宏观管理与指导的若干对策。

| Abstract: | The paper makes a deeper analysis of the sports life style and present situation of the college students in some of the cities in China. During the days of reform, the students have changed a lot of their cultural life in sports need, action style, time and space, consume, sports achievement, sports value and so on. The changes become more suitable to their life. The reason of above-motioned is mainly influenced by social life circumstance, sports education and propaganda. According to the characters and deficiences, we take measures in order to enhance the macroscopical management and instruction of college students sports life style from the angle of promotion for the all-round reforms of colleges in China |
