| 摘 要： | 结合体育科学的特点，在理论研究和特尔斐专家咨询的基础上，设置了体育科技期刊质量评估指标体系。评估体系的结构按政治质量、学术质量、编辑质量分类。对每个层次的指标确定了评价内容的内涵，提出了定性或定量的计量方法，确定了不同的权重。制定了体育科技期刊质量评估量表，建立了合成评估总分的评分数学模型。

| Abstract: | On the basis of theory-research, expert-consultation and characterstics of sports science.The author set up index, method and standard for evaluating sports scientific and technical periodicals,designed index system of evaluation which was classified by politic,academic and editorial qualities.Every level has its own connotation of evaluating content,qualitative or quantitative method and different weight. Evaluation scale and mathematical model to assemble grades were set up. |
