| 摘 要： | 职业体育俱乐部经营过程中，其主要收入除了门票之外，一般集中于俱乐部无形资产的开发收入、运动员的转会收入和出售电视转播权的收入。该文结合外国和国际体育组织的有关规定以及我国职业体育俱乐部的现实，就如何明晰俱乐部产权、规范运动员转会和电视转播权的归属进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | For professional sports clubs, most of th em mainly rely on, except tickets fee, their development of intangible assets th e transfer of players and the selling of TV rights as their receipts.This art icle discusses how to distinct the clubs' properties rights, how to regulate the transfer of players , who own and how to use the TV rights under the combined a nalysis of laws and regulations abroad accordingly and the fact of management o f China's professional clubs. |
