| 摘 要： | 高师院校体育教学改革必须从学校的培养目标着手，以素质教育为导向，树立“健康第一”指导思想，改革人才培养模式，构建新的体育课程体系，进而深化体育教学内容、教学方法、教学组织、课外体育活动等一系列改革，把高师体育推向21世纪。
