| Abstract: | By methods of documentary summary and logic,this article explains the concept of Olympic intellectual property right and the importance of its legal protection.This article also clarifies the feature of the infringement of the Olympic marks and how to protect them.The results show that protection of the commercial values of Olympic intellectual property rights has not only offered a stable financial guarantee for the development of the Olympic movement,and protect the right and benefit for the sponsors of the International Olympic Committee,but also encouraged the Olympic to develop healthily. |
