| 摘 要： | 研究职业运动员劳动力供给决策,丰富对职业运动员劳动力供给的认识。在人力资本投资模型的基础上发展出人力资本行业投资模型以分析职业运动员的行业决策。在总收入净现值的基础上发展出运动员职业生涯净现值模型以分析职业运动员的进入时间决策。此外,还分析了竞技能力、雇主偏好和供给意愿对职业运动员退出决策的影响。
