| 摘 要： | 从谢韬与塞尼特的学术观点引出对中国竞技体育"举国体制"的讨论,通过资料收集与分析提出:我国竞技体育的"举国体制"是建国初期特殊经济条件下的产物,对振兴竞技体育起到过极大作用。随着时代发展,人们越来越质疑"举国体制"存在的合理性,其弊端是制约了群众体育、学校体育的发展,甚至成为制约竞技体育自身发展的瓶颈。最后总结出中国竞技体育体制的改革一定要顺应社会发展和时代进步的潮流,符合国家国情和社会的发展形势,当体制无法再创造应有的价值和效益时,多元体系的构建与共存成为历史必然。
