| 摘 要： | 随着我国市场经济改革的逐步深入，我国的群众体育市场也进入了一个全新的发展阶段。然而中国是一个有着13亿人口的大国，需要我国各系统和各行业组织新的群众体育运行管理机制，上下协调共同参与，使我国的群众体育在21世纪得到更大的发展。
