| 摘 要： | 以我国优秀运动队、体育运动学校及业余体校等单位的教练员、运动员作为研究对象 ,运用文献资料、走访座谈、问卷调查等研究方法 ,对我国竞技体育人才交流管理工作发展的基本情况 ;竞技体育人才交流的类型、形式以及途径等问题进行了初步的研究。 |
