| 摘 要： | 通过对西北普通高校大学生体育锻炼意识、健康状况与运动兴趣调查分析。结果表明:大学生喜欢上体育课的 人数不到60％,相当一部分学生对体育的健身价值缺乏正确的认识,没有体育锻炼的习惯和意识;学生的体质健康状况 不近人意,必须引起有关领导的重视;学生对健身类、健美类、娱乐类和球类体育活动比较感兴趣,学校应多为研究生 提供这方面的教学和活动场所,而对田径项目的兴趣则相对不大。

| Abstract: | The paper investigate and analysis on graduates' consciousness of P.E exercise、condition state of health and interest of P.E activity in northwest common universities. The main results: It's not 60% that graduates are fond of P.E, the number postgraduates are wanting in true understanding of P.E strengthen value, it's not habit and consciousness of P. E exercise; Condition state of graduates is not ideal, it's must cause lead's attention; Graduates are contrast feel interest to strengthen body tape、strong and handsome tape、entertainment tape、balls tape, universities provide teaching and activity spot for graduates, but item of track and field was not feel interest by postgraduates. |
