| 摘 要： | 古丝绸之路的精神实质是中国与欧、亚、非三洲进行政治、经济、文化交流，是一条友谊、交流、发展之路。古丝绸之路体育文化在此基础上有丰富的历史遗产和优良传统可供追寻和研究。对２１世纪的丝绸之路体育文化应有新时代的目光和开拓的思路，应从广义和狭义两个角度来理解现代的丝绸之路文化交流。
