| 摘 要： | 通过对陕西省难美项群后备人才现状调查,发现难美项群后备人才严重缺乏,后备人才培养出现断层等诸多问题,提出建立后备人才信息库和层级训练体系等方面来寻求我省难美项群后备人才培养的最佳途径,实现后备人才资源的优化整合.

| Abstract: | By investigating reserve talented person's present situation of the difficult and beautiful item of group exercises,the author discovers many questions that it is seriously deficient in reserve talented person,or the reserve personnel training presents the fault and so on.From establishing talented person database and level training system and so on aspects seeks the optimal path on reserve personnel training and realizes the reserve human resources optimized conformity in Shaanxi province. |
