不同形式最大负荷运动过程中气体代谢、能量代谢及机械效率关系的实验研究

摘    要:通过对上肢、下肢、腰部及全身最大负荷运动过程中气体代谢、能量代谢及其机械效率间关系的实验研究,结果表明,不同形式运动过程中,VO2增长的幅度越大,持续时间越长,呼吸-循环效率(VO2/HR、VEO2)和耗氧经济性(总需氧量/W)越高,机械效率越高;无氧代谢参与供能比例越大(RQ越大),机械效率越小。

Abstract:In this paper,we had an experimental research on the interrelation between gaseous metabolism or energy metabolism and kinetic efficiency within motions of upper limbs,lower limbs,waist and the rest part of the body on the heaviest load.The results showed within different motions,the bigger increase of VO_2 is and the longer time of keeping on VO_2 increase is,the higher efficiency of respiration-circulation(VO_2/HR、VEO_2) and economization of oxygen consumption(total oxygen requirement/W) are,and the higher kinetic efficiency is.On the other hand,the more energy supply within anaerobic metabolism is(the more RQ is),the fewer kinetic efficiency is.
