| 优秀男子跳水运动员跳板起跳积极蹬伸时机的运动学分析 | |

| 摘 要： | 通过分析人板间力作用的特点,确定了积极蹬伸的评价标准。在此基础上,分别对10名优秀运动员同一动作和王天凌的不同难度动作的积极蹬伸时机进行了运动学分析,提出了高效率的积极蹬伸的运动条件和运动员最佳积极蹬伸时机的决定因素。同时分别得到了一般优秀运动员和王天凌个人积极蹬伸时机的具体运动学参数。 |

| Abstract: | The criterion of active stretch was confirmed by analyzing the feature of the force about human-board system.Adopting the same movement of 10 excellent springboard diving man-athletes as research object,the paper kinetically analyzed the opportune of positive stretch.Furthermore the efficient move-condition of the positive stretch and the decisive factor of the best opportune of the positive stretch were put forward.At the same time,the concrete kinetic parameter of the opportune of the positive stretch,on both the general man-athletes and the individual athlete named Wang-tianling,were gained. |
