| 摘 要： | 运用心理测量与评定法,对我国130名优秀短道速滑运动员心理控制指标构成因素进行探讨,结果表明,短道速滑运动员心理控制能力指标是由反应准确性、状态调控能力、信息加工状态能力、直觉反应能力、预判能力等5个方面构成;优秀运动员的心理控制水平与运动成绩提高是相关的,优秀运动员心理控制能力结构与所掌握的技战及运用效果是一致的;所建立短道速滑运动员心理控制能力结构指标是合理的;研制短道速滑运动员心理控制能力的综合评定标准具有简捷、合理、实效的特点。 |

| Abstract: | By the methods of mental measurement and evaluation,this paper discussed the factors which consisted the mental control indexes of national 130 excellent athletes of short track speed skating.The results indicated that the mental control indexes of athletes of short track speed skating consisted with reactional accuracy,state control ability,ability of information processing state,intuitional reaction ability and prejudgment ability;the mental control level of excellent athletes correlated with the improvement of performance results;the structure of excellent athletes of mental control ability was inconsistent with their techniques and tactics and the applying effects.Furthermore,constructing structural indexes of mental control ability of athletes of short track speed skating was reasonable,and developing the comprehensive evaluating standard of mental control ability of athletes of short track speed skating was simple,rational and efficiency. |
