| 摘 要： | 为了进一步探讨"体教结合"与"举国体制"问题,在广泛引证的基础上提出以下观点:教育系统内的体育后备人才试点学校是推行体教结合策略的最佳载体;体教结合策略决定了举国体制的完善方向,以竞技回归教育的形式完善举国体制是大势所趋;坚持举国体制指的是坚持"集中力量办大事的精髓";完善"举国体制"指的是革除其不合理的历史表现形式,首当其冲的是改革以专业队为中心的三级训练体制,以大中小学代表队为中心的一条龙式教育训练体制必将是未来举国体制的基石.
