| 摘 要： | 近年来,乒乓球规则发生了三次重大的变革,对于中国乒乓球队来讲是一个重大的考验。以2003年1月参加中国青年奥运集训比赛的114名运动员为研究对象,深入细致地分析了不同竞技水平的男女运动员在身体素质方面的差异及产生的原因,并在此基础上提出了目前乒乓球运动的发展趋势及中国乒乓球队在当前形势下在身体素质训练和选材上应注意的问题和对策。 |

| Abstract: | In recent years,three big changes have taken place in the table tennis regulations.This is a severe test to the Chinese Table Tennis Team.According to on-the-sport statistics by 114 players who took part in the Chinese Youth Olympic Training Competitions in January 2003,the physical fitness differences of different levels of boy and girl players,together with the causes of these differences,are analyzed in this paper,and on the basis of the analysis,we put forward the present development trend of international table tennis game and the problems and countermeasures to which attention should be paid in physical fitness training by the Chinese Table Tennis Team under the current situation,so as to explore the regular physical fitness competitive pattern for the Chinese Table Tennis Team and to give scientific and technical support for grasping the winning characteristics. |
