| 摘 要： | 笔者对参加2001-2002年全国青少年U-17、U-15足球冬季训练营教练员的调查,从年龄结构、专项训练年限、执教年限、学历结构、职称结构、需完善的知识结构和能力结构及培训状况等方面对2008年国奥队适龄球队教练员进行了分析,为今后六年内对2008年国奥队适龄球队教练员的培养提供科学的参考依据和理论基础。

Present Situation of 2008 China Olympic Football Team Coachs of Right age Team And Research On Measure |

| Abstract: | The coachs of U-17、U-15 which attending 2001-2002 winter training camp were investigated. The form of age,fixed numble of year of training,fixed numble of year of instruct,form of academic credentials,form of the title of a technical post,form of prefect knowledge and ability and situation of foster was systemicaly,roundly analysed. The poupose is to offer scientific reference and the basis of theory for foster 2008 China Olympia football team coachs of the right age team in six years. |
