| 摘 要： | 现代篮球运动是体现运动员运动技巧、应变能力、智慧创造等复杂变化的活动。篮球选项课教学,以增强身体素质,促进身心健康发展为目标,始终以学员为主体,以学员活动为中心,培养学员的综合运动能力。为达到这个要求,在教学中,采用了“七步教学法”模式。

| Abstract: | Modern basketball is the complex and changeable activity, and embodying the sport's skill of athletes, the ability of reaction and the wisdom of creation. This is the target for students with amplify body quality and promote development of health mentality in the teaching of basketball elective course. Which forever should be the students and their activity as the center of education, to foster the student's comprehensive ability. To do so, we take the model of seven steps to teach basketball in practice. |
