摘    要:年龄与胰岛素分泌机能之间的关系较复杂。大鼠随年龄增加每一个β-细胞分泌胰岛素的能力进行性降低,可以增加较多的β-细胞代偿。通常一致的是人随年龄增加葡萄糖耐量下降,在老年人中对葡萄糖耐受性差相当普遍,但增加β-细胞群的能力有限,年龄增加使非胰岛素依赖性糖尿病(NIDDM)流行。胰岛素耐受性及代偿性高胰岛素血症导致脂代谢、血压调节和纤维蛋溶解活性异常,这些都使冠心病(CHD)易感性增多。运动训练对胰岛素敏感性葡萄糖耐受性在衰老过程中具有良好作用,可以预防非胰岛素依赖性糖尿病和冠心病的发生。

Abstract:The relationship between age and insulin secretory function is more complicated. In the case of rats, insulin secretory function per B-cell declines progressively with age, and able to compensate by making more B-cell.There is a general agreement that glucose tolerance decreases with age, and the status of glucose intolerance are much more common in the eldeily human,but ability to increase B-cell mass is limited, the prevanlerce of NIDDM increases with age. Insulin resistance and compensatory hyperinsulinemia lead to abnormalities in lipid metebolism, blood pressure regulation and fibrinolytic activity, all of them increase the risk of CHD. Exercise training "can have benefical effects on insulin sensitivity and glucose tolerance associated with agirg can be preventing the development of NIDDM and CHD.
