| Abstract: | This paper explicated the overtraining syndrome(OTS) and its mechanism, including the relations between OTS and nervous system, between endocrine and immune function. Meanwhile, the thesis proposed some physiological indexes distinguishing OTS and some methods of preventing and removing OTS. |
