| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、访谈法和逻辑推理法对建国60年来上海市中小学课外体育活动的开展情况进行分析．并对课外体育活动开展的时间、内容、组织形式和评价依据等4个方面进行了归纳总结，从中找出影响上海市中小学课外体育活动开展的因素，并结合上海市中小学的实际情况，预测未来上海市中小学课外体育活动的发展趋势。

| Abstract: | By the methods of literature study, interview and logical reasoning, the article analyzes the extracurricular sports activities in Shanghai middle and primary schools in the past 60 years. It details the four aspects of the time, content, organizational forms and evaluation basis of the extracurricular sports activities so as to find out the factors influencing the development of extracurricular sports activities in Shanghai. It predicts the future development of the extracurricular sports activities in Shanghai middle and primary schools according to the present situation in the schools. |
