| 摘 要： | 通过对美国、中国体育经纪人的内涵、经纪特点、管理的机构和内容以及运作方式的比较分析，找出了我国体育经纪人与美国体育经纪人之间存在的差异，指出了我国体育经纪人目前存在的问题，并提出了对策措施。
